Shipping and Returns


We ship your in stock items within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. If an item is on back order it will generally be shipped in 3 – 4 weeks. We ship our items within the U.S. by Priority Mail which generally takes 1-3 business days. You won’t need to sign for your package when it arrives. The shipping price includes Delivery Confirmation, which allows you to track your package and $50 insurance.  If you would like to add extra insurance please contact us with a list of the items you wish to purchase as well as the amount of insurance you would like to purchase and we will set that up for you.


For packages weighing less than 4 lbs  — We ship worldwide using USPS First Class International Mail which takes 2-4 weeks to reach most destinations. This shipment option is not insurable and doesn’t include tracking. Please note: Our pourers (with packing materials included) weigh about 1.33 lbs each.

For orders larger than 4 lbs — We realize that international shipping can be pricey so in order to keep your shipping costs low, we ask that you contact us with your order and shipping preferences (preferred transit times, tracking option, and insurance coverage options) and we will then send you the shipment options that are available based on your location and your optimized package dimensions.

The amount of time it takes packages to go through customs varies and this may affect arrival times. Your country may also charge an import tax, duty free, VAT (Value Added Tax), or customs processing fee. If you are charged a fee upon receipt of your package this is due to your countries laws. This is not an additional fee we are charging. Each country has different rules regarding these fees. If you need more information regarding import taxes and fees it is best to contact your local postal office or refer to their website.

Please keep in mind that we have no control over packages once they’re en route. Sometimes due to weather or holidays the mail may take longer to arrive than normal. Please be aware that we can not refund you the cost of a lost package. Once in a great while, packages do get lost or stolen. We are happy to add more insure your package for an additional fee.


We are here to help and want you to enjoy our products as much as we enjoy creating them! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly offer you a full refund for your items so long as they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt of payment, in their original, unused conditions.

Please check your items when they arrives to see that they are undamaged. If items are damaged or defective you may send them back in their original, unused condition for a full refund or exchange but you must contact us via email within 7 days for permission to do so and we ask that you please provide photos of the items in the box it arrived in which will help us better understand the issue and aid in filing an insurance claim. Your refund or exchange will be processed after we receive the item back and generally takes 5-7 business days to be issued.
